The Role

What You'll Do:

• Plan. You will plan and set an inspirational vision for the Operations team and build the path to execute it both in the short-term and long term.
• Lead. You will lead critical, cross-functional projects to identify and capture growth opportunities; establish operational processes to enable the company to scale; lead the implementation of operational dashboards across all teams.
• Influence. You will influence all teammates to follow operational guidelines, and collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency of operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• You are an experienced operations manager. You have 3-5 years of experience, with a solid mission in operations and management, including experiences in leading, mentoring, managing, and building strong cross-functional partnerships with product and engineering teams, and influencing product and engineering roadmaps.
• You are passionate about project management. You love project management, and you have the ability to tackle various topics with ambitious deadlines to achieve big targets with your team.
• You are a team player. You are a team player at heart. You will work closely with the C-suite to derive insights and you are also able to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• You are both a communicator and a listener. You are an excellent communicator and an empathetic listener at the same time. You are able to distill and convey complex information in a compelling manner across mediums: in slides, memos, emails, and in-person.
• You have a strong execution mindset. We're moving fast and there is a lot to do every day. You don't mind getting scrappy!

Nice to Haves:

• You have MBA or other graduate degrees.
• You have strong business and financial acumen with 5-7 years of relevant experience, in an analytical role as a management consultant or similar.
• You have strong critical thinking and data-analysis skills with experience navigating large data sets.
• You have experience with technology and frameworks such as [], or a willingness to learn.
